BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE FOR FUTURE STARS

To create lasting impact in the communities we serve, Future Stars is committed to becoming a financially sustainable and self-reliant organization. While we are deeply grateful for the generosity of our donors and volunteers—who currently provide 100% of our funding—we recognize the importance of building income-generating initiatives that can support our core programs and expand our reach.

That’s why we are actively working on a number of community-based projects designed to both reduce our operational costs and generate sustainable revenue, while delivering direct benefits to the children and families we serve.

Our Sustainability Projects

We are excited to share the following projects that are in development or planned for the near future:

Poultry Farm Project Designed to provide both a steady source of protein for our programs and a potential income stream, our poultry farm will supply eggs and chickens to local markets and the community.

School Gardening Project A school-based gardening initiative that teaches children agricultural skills, supplements our school feeding program, and reduces food costs.

Microloan Program for Women This project empowers local women entrepreneurs by providing small, interest-free loans to start or grow their businesses—creating income opportunities while strengthening household stability.

Community Transport (Tro Tro) Business We plan to purchase and operate a small van to serve as public transport in our area. This will generate steady income, provide local employment, and help fund our social programs.

Future Vision: Our Own School & Children’s Home Long-term, we aim to build a permanent school and children’s home to provide consistent, high-quality education and safe shelter for vulnerable children. This will reduce rental costs and increase our capacity to serve.

Ensure long-term continuity of our educational and child welfare programs
